Father's Day

This year we hosted Father's Day lunch at our place.  I don't cook very often but when I do I go all out.  For Father's Day I planned out the menu weeks in advance and got all the groceries a week ago.  For everyone except for Mom and I, I made sliders 3 type - pepper/salt, dry rub and teriyaki.  I even got the Hawaiian buns to go with the sliders.  For Mom and I, I made teriyaki shrimp kabobs.  For sides, I had corn on the cob and a corn/peach salad.  Dad got a gift and some sake sampler.   Overall it went pretty well, at least now I can say I've used the grill =)
