Emma and Olympics
Emma loves gymnastics and has been attending classes for the past year. She has been enjoying women's gymnastics. It's her favorite Olympic event. Here's her trying to be Aly Raisman and following her floor routine

Emma's Empire Preschool Graduation
Emma's Empire Preschool graduation was on July 15th. Knowing from past experience, these ceremonies tend to be long at Empire. It started at 430pm and didn't end until 630pm. The program was the following:
Skating
Dancing
Music
Songs (Chinese and English with Multiplication tables, spellings, poems)
Finally when we got to the actual cap and gown ceremony, all the parents were worn out. However, we all perked up when we saw the gold sash, 2016 tassle and the cap and gown. The graduate could not be cuter and could not be more grown-up. Emma is such a big girl now!!
July 4th Celebration
Since we have a great view of the Redwood City fireworks (and all the fireworks to Shoreline), we like to host a July 4th BBQ..this is our 3rd year so the fireworks is grandier, food is better, and there's even more kids (about half kids and half adults). Here are some pics of the gals
